Meet our Pilates teacher.
Marisa has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, and is passionately exploring and teaching others about the mind-body connection. She started practicing yoga 10 years ago to compliment her weight training and to increase flexibility. Marisa’s love of yoga eventually lead to a career on her mat as a teacher in 2012. She helps her students find physical and mental strength through both Pilates and yoga. Marisa has her 300 hour teacher training certification, and has also completed her Pilates mat certification, with a focus on core strength.
