Meet our yogi Anisha, one of our EE’s enrolled in our Energy Exchange program. This woman is so chill, relaxed and pushes herself on her mat. A week does not go by that you will not see her on her mat practicing.
Meet our yogi Meghan. A day does not go by at the studio when she’s not filling the studio with sunshine. She loves practicing yoga and is absolutely a perfect fit at the studio. She practices often every week as she focuses to have yoga help her with her physiotherapy for an injury. She’s always helping us and, like with all our students, we are so happy to have her practicing at the studio.
June 1, 2015, day 1 of my 21 day yoga challenge. I wasn’t sure what to expect, or if I would make it through, but I did it, I completed it and I have never felt better.
“Challenge yourself, work your butt off, embrace the rewards and most importantly, love yourself.”
I guess I should start from the beginning! Yoga On Seven presents a competition, the 21 Day Yoga Challenge, where yogis are encouraged to do as many classes they can within 21 days. So how was it you ask? Well to sum it up in one word AMAZING! I made it a point to make yoga a daily part of my life and the instructors at Yoga On Seven make it so easy. I successfully completed 23 classes in 21 days! I participated in a mixture of the classes the studio offers, from Hot Power Core, to Slow Flow, Yin, and even a late night community meditation class, no class was left out. Needless to say not only am I extremely proud of myself, but I am extremely grateful Yoga On Seven has given me an opportunity to challenge myself, grow as a person, a competitor, and now an official Yoga enthusiast. Thank you to Yoga On Seven and all the instructors! To all the yogis, future yogis, and maybe just the one timer, all I can say is, give it a try; challenge yourself, work your butt off, embrace the rewards and most importantly, love yourself.
