Contract Duration & Automatic Renewal
Contract is enforced for 3 months, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either Yoga On Seven or the customer with notification of 30 days in advance of the next billing date.
Therefore, the client is obligated to a 3 month commitment after which the customer’s AutoPay membership package goes to a month-to-month basis.
No suspensions or terminations during the first initial 3 months. A written note from a physician is required in case of medical emergencies to suspend or terminate an Autopay package prior to the initial 3 month commitment. Autopay is not transferable – must be used by the same person.
Agreement To Pay Recurring Fees
The customer agrees to pay Yoga On Seven monthly recurring fees as follows:
Yoga On Seven membership for $99.00 plus HST via the customer’s authorized credit card. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than the customer’s VISA or MasterCard credit card in NOT permitted.
To freeze an AutoPay membership account, an email request must be made at least 30 days in advance of the customer’s next billing date in order for the request to be effective from the following month. Billing date is based on the customer’s activation date.

- The customer can freeze his/her AutoPay membership only once per year at any time. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested for a minimum of 4 weeks for up to a maximum period of 2 months.
- To request a freeze, the customer must email his/her request, with dates to email@example.com
- Following the end of the customer’s requested freeze period, his/her monthly AutoPay Membership will automatically be reactivated.
To terminate an AutoPay membership the customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days in advance of his/her billing cycle (example: if the customer is scheduled to be charged February 14th and wants to cancel for the month of February, the customer must submit an email request to email@example.com by January 14th.
